Worship & Music

The FMC Worship Experience

FMC worship is different every Sunday, including worship and music styles as diverse as our community. Sometimes traditional, sometimes contemporary; sometimes liturgical, at other times more free-flowing; mixing traditional 4-part harmony Mennonite hymns with global, contemporary, gospel and classical music…whatever worship style you’re used to, our goal is to invite everyone into the presence of God, where we can freely give all the we are and have, and receive God’s grace and strength for the journey.

Is Spanish your heart language? Or do you value the opportunity to worship our Creator in the language of our Latin American brothers and sisters? FMC worships on Saturday evenings too—celebrating the invitation which God extends to each of us, sharing with each other the daily struggles of life and praying for the strength to continue.

Congregational Singing

We are a congregation that is serious about singing! We have a choir of 20-30 adults at our Christmas Eve and Easter Sunday services, and frequently have smaller singing groups and soloists leading the congregation on Sunday mornings. Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of whether or not they have any formal musical training.
